I waited in line outside for a short time, and waited inside short time. But I had everything together. I had a picture of license plate, so had no need to go back to my bike, and all the paperwork needed. It wasn't crazy inside like usual. I didn't make an appointment.

Waited in line but get there early ( before 7am ) and the wait isn't that bad.
