These incompetent people were so reckless that they just gave my son the wrong vaccine … the pediatrician literally looked at the records and what he got last week and repeated the same from last week (which he wasn’t supposed to get) so now my 11 month old got the same hepatitis vaccination in two weeks back to back and have to go back tomorrow to get him what we actually went in to get. How does that happen???? My blood is boiling right now …..

For the most part I've received good care here. The optometry dept is pretty hard to deal with for reasons I don't really understand. The doctor and the tech who helped me get my contacts fitted were AWESOME. The woman at the desk is just nasty. She clearly doesn't want to be there, or care if patients receive care. She sits at the end of the desks by the glasses. I've got all my stuff taken care of now, all my appointments fine, but someone should talk with her.

I've been coming here for years and never really had a problem till now. I had an appointment with Doctor Becker. I've never personally seen before and only spoke with over the phone. ( Eye doctor.) I asked her assistant a question and she answered and continued on with her q card questions. After she left the room I heard her gossiping to the guy at the front desk about what I had asked her. She then transferred me to another room where I waited for the doctor. As I was explaining my symptoms to the doctor, I could hear both the loud mouth assistant and the guy at the front desk gossiping about what I was going through loud and clear. At that point I was so uncomfortable and taken back I just wanted to leave. These people are so unprofessional and rude. I will never come to this specific office for eye services again. I've read other terrible reviews about this office and now I know why.

Don't park there! ... or show up 20 mins early. Also the parking is dark and there are toddlers and little babies being taken to appointments. Take ride share if possible. If pharmacy go to south sf instead parking is manageable.

Call the hospital and ask for the patients room and ask them to connect to them.
It starts on October 1st. My wife just got hers, on the 8th, and at that time there was no waiting. The earlier you go the better. If you wait to much longer the wait will be longer and they could run out and you will be taking a chance of getting the flu. If you have a family you would be smart getting it now!
Well I know South San Francisco Kaiser their injection clinic is from 9:00 until 5:00 they're closed for lunch I believe for 12:45 to 1:45. And I believe an appointment is necessary with the exception of the flu shot the covid shot. If you call 742-2000, press zero for operator and ask for the injection clinic and they will connect you., They will give you the hours of injection clinics at both locations.
NOOOO
U have to get the Kaiser app. I have 2, one is called my doctor for video visits and the other is the regular KP app
They have it in the South San Francisco Kaiser

Public transit
No that department is in South SF
It's the same number but it's better to go to the hospital to attract them. Medicines And do not expect much good morning
You can either go to the pharmacy or call it on the 800 number.
