I made an appointment for 4 new tires for 11 am and arrived early. I was told it would be a couple of hours. At 1 pm my car had not moved. I inquired and was told it would be another 1.5 hours. I inquired what the purpose of an appointment was if it takes them over 2 hours even to start on the car. I was told: “an appointment only guarantees we'll work on it today.” In any other context, when I make an appointment for something (dentist, doctor, even the DMV) I expect to receive service at the appointed time. Perhaps this mismanaged expectation was my fault for not holding them to a specific completion time. If you plan to wait for your vehicle my recommendation would be to go to a place that better uses appointments to schedule service, or be prepared to leave your vehicle for a full day, because they clearly cannot manage an intra-day schedule. They also told me they could not conduct the complimentary battery test because the battery is under the seat. I have replaced the battery myself and know it is under the hood. They did go test it when I pointed this out, but that gives you a sense of the level of detail orientation.

The experience was professional, fast, and the prices reasonable. I went in with a flat tire, driving in on a spare. I replaced my flat tire with a new 50 dollar Primewell, and paid an additional 40 dollars for labor. 92 dollars total, and was finished under an hour.

This is by far the best establishment ive ever done business with. Last time they went well above and beyond, i replaced a couple tires and they removed a great amount of heavy equipment i had in my trunk to put the spare back, then put everything neatly back together, i mean a trunk completely full of heavy, metal objects. Besides that they had my tires in stock, the service is always flawless, great place.

Had a puncture 1 week before a trackday and they ordered me a new rear tire quickly. Once it got in, they put the new tire on in less than an hour. Was really impressed by their timing since I needed the car back asap. Thanks to Kenny, John and whoever else that was involved to get my car back. 🙏🏻

They have it so that they can make sure what you going to do they have the space and availability in their work area to work on ur car
No, alignments are always separate. I have never seen a shop run a promo for 4 tires with a free alignment, let alone two. Wheel Works alignments carried a 1 year free re-alignment period back when I worked there, though.
