I love working here in Mission Villa—it reinforces me to pursuit to complete my degree in nursing. It gives me a lot of experience that I can use on my future. My sister has been and is a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Mission Villa for a few years and I am so please with the care she receives at the memory care. The team radiates a joyful and compassionate spirit for those under their care, they are truly a team.There are many community activities with music, art, exercises, which can be found on their calendar. This is planned by a very qualified Activities Director, George Stickles, who truly loves what he does...it is very evident! Before COVID I could drop by any time to visit my sister and I always saw the wonderful care that was being administered to all.Now, because of COVID I must make an appointment, but this is only done for the safety of all residents, which makes me very happy. The Executive Director, Karen Nickolai follows the compliance the CDC guidelines. I know it is a very difficult time for all, but they all rise as one, which is the strength shown at Mission Villa. Mission Villa has a solid team, their residents look really happy and cared for. I would place my mom here because I know she will be in good hands. As family members we need the security knowing they are safe especially during a pandemic. They have strict guidelines for visitors and for good reason. I have no questions Mission Villa does quality work each and every day.

With my experiences so far here at Mission Villa, I can say that the company does an excellent job at creating a “home away from home”. Through its cleanliness, organization, and dedication it has towards both its staff and residents themselves, Mission Villa is a great place to work. There is a lot of personality as a well as warmth present from the first few steps walking in, to the last few heading out. I’d also like to recognize how well both the staff and residents communicate amongst each other, as that brings a sense of community among us all. I can say that said aspect is presented stronger here than my previous experiences at Starbucks.
