We cannot accept QR scan codes at our location in Crescent City. These codes are meant for corporate stores and we are an Authorized shipper for UPS. The nearest locations that can scan these codes are located in Medford or Eureka. We also have printouts availble with instructions on how to request a prepaid label from Amazon.
