How are their instrument prices compared to the "box" (Muscian's Friend, etc.) stores? Those box stores make a big show of offering discounted prices (e.g., MSRP) but everybody knows the MSRP prices are all phony.

The pricing is fair as far as an actual store you walk in to to gather invaluable hands on information and customer service you won't find anywhere else.
