one lady in there is incredibly rude and unhelpful with shipping boxes. we’ve never shipped with bigger boxes and she gave us 0 information on how to send it and talked down to us like we were stupid. she does NOT need to be working in a setting where she has to interact with people.

This branch loses mail that I send out regularly. Checks that I have mailed from here have ended up stolen and forged more than once. I stopped using the outside blue boxes and use the inside slots and it just doesnt matter. Still regularly loses outgoing mail. Thanks for nothing, USPS

It would help if the person who delivered my mail to the house next door to me, would actually look at the address she is delivering to. All 3 of my packages went to the wrong address. It's a good thing I looked at my camera to see her deliver to the wrong address and retrieved my packages. This is not the first time.
