There are certain drugs they decide whether to give you (and the amount to give you) or not, even if you have been prescribed it for years by another doctor. They will go case by case. If they decide you need they will prescribe it to you.
I believe the answer is Yes they can decide whether they want their doctors prescribing or not, pills that have been attributed to an epidemic in our country. I'm gonna take a guess, that you received a letter pertaining to opioids and how the clinic will no longer be providing them for chronic pain. Again, my answer is Yes as they are part of mission to rid communities of the serious drug problem that has unfortunately taken the lives of so many.
Since aug of 2018 ive been going here. I havent had a problem receiving meds i was on.
