This is a smaller office of the Veterans Administration(VA) with only select services and not part of the VA Hospital. It is for primary care services primarily I believe? However they also have other services like mental health etc, as we have been to Family Counseling here with a somewhat newer Psychologist but has been helpful in many aspects. Staff is friendly and providers are knowledgeable and create a good atmosphere. Overall much more convenient and prompt service(far less wait time) than the bigger VAs like the San Diego VA Hospital by La Jolla. 4/5 for me which is about as good as a VA gets realistically. I do recommend if you live close by and need primary care or mental health services; you can request appointments to be seen by a provider there.
