Good food but my wife'sorder was wrong. We ordered online and even so, they got it wrong. Disappointing.

I work close by and usually come here for lunch, the food always tastes fresh and most of the employees are nice. Today, the service I received by the guy with a beard seemed a little cold but the lady working up front was nice. Normally I will order a bowl but today I ordered fish tacos, one of them with avocado slices. Well…I got my avocado but I was NOT expecting this!! If you have to slice them thin then why not put a couple more?? So disappointing

I had to finally give this store one star only. continued problems with missing items on almost all orders. Last experience where I asked for someone to contact me, no one ever did. When buying an almost $8 been burrito customized, the burrito came with only beans in a small tortilla. It had multiple stickers on the wrapping but only had beans inside. Slightly bigger than a children's burrito. Missing the corn tortillas that were ordered so the other dish was useless without those. Terrible experiences 99% of the time when we order. We are finally finished going there and opting to drive to another store that has better quality. We are tired of burned burritos, missing items, and them not following instructions at the RB Rubios. They need new Management and they need trained cooks. Staff also needs to pay attention almost every time they forgot the drinks! Curbside pick up customer.

In place of tortilla chips they provided chip bits. Can't eat chips and salsa with chip bits. Please check the order before serving this to people. It's frustrating to pay for an item and be served food waste instead.
