I have a friend who has 3 children doesn't have no place to live I'm trying to get her into a shelter the said she has to wait for a month before even getting on the waiting list can you please help 5 thanks.

Call crossroads in providence they work with longer term homelessness. Red cross deals with fire and other disasters on a short term basis only.
