Lol claims phone 211 available 24hours a day. Yet went to a answering machine. Yes thats real helpful to anyone needing help. Not 1 program in RI works correctly anymore really sad state we live in guess this is the new normal we been told about. Can only hope our 911 system works as it should because 211 sure don't

Hello, my son lives in Woonsocket, R.I. and has health issues. He is unable to work because of this. He is behind on his bills and can't pay them. He will need oil for the winter also. Is there any way you can help him?

Do you help with bills? And also if you are about to loose y apartment because y ran out of Your TDI payments also because your waiting on your SSDI. Don't have any income coming in for the month of July.
