I have always got good service there, either inside or in the drive thru. Food has always been great.
This paticular T, BELL IS USSUALLY A RELIABLE RESTAURANT SO BUSY ON RTE, 1 FAST PACED SO THE WORKERS ARE ON MOST PART WELL TRAINED BUT LVEL OF CUSTOMER SERV, SHOULD BE GOOD NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE PAID 11.00 OR 12.00 ITS A TACO BELL

Line is always long as well
I've never had a problem. Service and food is always good. They are fast even when there is a line. I have 30 mins for lunch and I get back to the office with time to spare.
That's what happens when you expect 5 star service from people who're paid minimum wage. Lower your expections and enjoy the food.
