People Scare Me
$20 worth of my order was missing. No way to call them as they don't answer and they never respond on their website. They can just omit items and you will have no recourse. Avoid this place.

i would give this place 0 stars tbh. It took about 20 minutes to get to the speaker and by the time i did, i waited for a good 5 minutes for someone to talk to me. They asked me cash or card and i answered and it took 10 minutes for another answer back???? anyways by the time i got to the window and paid, you can just see them standing around in the back doing nothing. this is probably the worst taco bell in northshore.

Went to this taco bell last Tuesday , person asks if I will be paying cash or card thru the drive thru speaker before even taking my order , which was strange , I said card then when I hand person my card he went to register across store with it while the guys buddy comes up pretending to sweep tries blocking his veiw ,while I still see the guy pull out his I phone and hold my card under the counter and snap a photo , I would of stayed and called police but was on my way to Logan to catch a flight ✈️ I tried calling taco bell corporate but the phone rings and rings and rings because they don't care

Look I'm vegetarian. I try not to get in the way with it. But if I order food with black beans and end up with a mouthful of ground beef, I'm gonna be pretty upset. Thanks for that.

I have always got good service there, either inside or in the drive thru. Food has always been great.
Unless they've just recently changed their hours due to COVID, then you might want to call the number to find out. Their website says they open at 10am, but things might have changed and they haven't updated things yet. Also, if you're trying to go in and order, don't bother. The only way they're doing food orders is through drive thru. So if you have the patience to wait in line, then good luck.
