Happy Small Business Saturday! One of my favorite things about this gym is that the members & coaches are all different sizes, ages and abilities, no one is judge-y ,and everyone is welcome! The coaches are truly amazing at pushing you to do your best. The workouts go by so quickly and are always different to keep you from getting bored. I participated in a challenge this year and won $150! There are always fun things going on and the community is wonderful. All of the coaches will learn your name and make you laugh throughout the workout!

If you’re looking for high energy, challenging, amazing coaches that know what they’re doing - stop looking. ATCK Fitness is for you. I’ve never been a fan of working out but did it because I had to. This studio made me love going to classes. They take the time and explain the correct technique. Each of the coaches push you to your personal limits. They encourage you to push yourself but also work with you to modify to your needs. The studio encourages a team environment. I have made quite a few friendships by going. You won’t be disappointed when you call to book a time to workout there!

ATCK fitness is the best thing you can do for yourself. Since I have been a member my endurance has improved so much that I was able to run 7 5ks. My goal was to run just one but I loved running so much I continued and I could do it. I thought I could never do this but with the fitness routine and discipline from ATCK fitness I reached beyond my goals. Thank you ATCK!!-

I have been a member of ATCK fitness since they opened. I love the energetic workouts and the coaches are awesome. The workouts are for all fitness levels. I am older and suffer with arthritis and I working out here has helped me manage the pain and has kept me active. Best hour of my day and with 6 locations in MA there is a location for everyone. I highly recommend you give it a try.
