Dogs on leash and pick up after them as far as i know they are
As far as I know dogs are allowed. I'd say keep the dog on a leash since this is more a woodsy area as opposed to a regular park. Definitely check them for ticks as well.
On leash, on marked trail, pack out waste, and yes! Be aware that coywolves den here in the spring with pups and get defensive, but otherwise you should be fine.
