the food is amazing but every time i come up here i have to wait 30-45 mins on my food and when i get it, it is cold because the server wants to bring everyone’s order and change

I've never had to wait over 15_20 mins. Maybe you are coming at a busy time.

we call it in and it’s hardly busy when we are there, we have to go to the window to get our food cause it sets in there.
