Well-maintained if a little older. Beds sometimes are slightly dented in their supports and make sounds if you’re heavy enough and get up or lay down suddenly. Very cost-effective for the area it’s in.

Great staff and large rooms. Good value given proximity to Great Smoky Mountains. However the freeway noise is very loud even inside the rooms so I took off a star for that.

It's owned and operated by a gentleman from India which I cannot pronounce his name and he goes all the pieces if you even owe him $5 so no I would say he doesn't participate in nothing but receiving cash
