Positive: Extremely friendly staff checking us in and out. Room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was delicious! This hotel was the perfect 1/2 way point between our 2 travel locations. Pool was beautiful! Negative: No!

The night staff was very rude told us that it was time for us to be sleeping cuz we went out to work and didn't get back til late. FYI last time I checked I'm an adult and he isn't my Daddy, nor my man, nor anything to me so who were u to tell me to/when I need to go to bed? Other then that it was a great place to stay.

We had a great stay. Staff was exceptionally friendly and check in was quick/painless. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked that our room didn’t have carpet. It was vinyl floor so it felt cleaner. There wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. If I had one complaint it was no overhead lighting so the room was a tad bit dim. One more floor lamp in there would make it perfect. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. Amazing value for a one night stay for Dollywood. I think this might be the way to go from now on. Also, it’s great to be next to the Love’s for easily and affordable accessible gas.

Super clean room with lots of space. Polite and helpful service. They have a pool although I'm not sure if it's open yet (4/6/22). They have breakfast options and dining room. The price is more than fair for the quality. Would stay again.
