It's always a pleasure to shop at Food City. I drive from Hot Springs NC to Newport TN. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My husband loves the deli. We eat there just about every time we go.

Did you buy gift cards and your saying they are inactive? Keep your receipt and take them back and tell them they are not activated. They can't give you your money back but maybe they didn't activate them at the time of purchase? If they did activate them and they still won't work call the company where they are from. If you bought food city gift cards then food city should help you. Its on camera when you bought them
