Yes. You can book events. Once you contact them, you will be set up with a coordinator to assist you.
Call and talk with Wes, the director. Most of the grounds are free though if you are wanting to reserve tables for a party it is recommended that you clear it ahead of time because It is not a public park.
They have a lot of picnic tables by the Museum and it is covered! I do not know if it is free though! You can talk with Ken the Director, he is a really nice man and always willing to help :-)
They have a few picnic tables. I think its best to call and reserve them just in case.
