they keep sending me promtional mail nonstop. i don't want your tv subscription! I called them to stop sending all that wasted paper to my house but it still keeps coming in. i don't watch cable tv/your streaming app and i never will. more people are starting to realize that cable tv is a waste of time/money and it's time for spectrum to start selling something more useful. maybe you guys could start making smart home appliances. thanks.

Long waits due to understaffing and poorly trained staff. Manager walks around apologizing but never actually does anything to serve customers. Online and phone customer service not much better. Easy to enroll but nightmare to change or drop service.

Waited 1.5 hrs to simply exchange a cable box. If all workers were actually working and the wait was justified, I would not have given them a 1 star. There were 3 workers and 5 computers. One guy complained about his computer stalling/freezing. He sat and did nothing for 30 minutes before he decided to get onto a different computer. Then he literally took 10 minutes to wipe down all the equipment. Meanwhile customers were waiting to be helped. The other 2 kept carrying on unnecessary conversations that made the customer line get longer & longer. Just poor service all around. If you have lots of time to waste, this Spectrum store is for you.

Firstly I have always been satisfied with my spectrum services. If you go in the store without a reservation be prepared to wait an hour or more for help. Patrick helped me return equipment and was friendly even tho i was upset about the long wait. Would have given 5 stars if the wait time wasnt so long.
