It's a $75 charge but if you don't have it they will waive it the money goes to keep the place running which they desperately need I just went through it last week but my pal found a good home come when I understand
No you can walk right in..during Surrender hours on Certain days. Call to find out. They ask for a donation to help the other animals but i believe No charge otherwise.
