SALAD ONLY AND IT'S A MEAL.
If you get the larger salads priced in $12-$14 range, yes, they are very filling for man or woman. $5.49 House salad is a lot smaller, of course to go with the dinners. Everything I've eaten there is fabulous! Can't beat the outside ambiance especially at sunset.
Not sure about there dinner salad portions, but any dinner meal you order comes with 2 sides
