They do have discounts for seniors & veterans. We pay about $50 for a year pass to Ft. DeSoto which also gets you into Sand Key in Clearwater & all other county parks.

No Florida resident age 65 get state parks at 1/2 price. Fort Desoto is a country park no discount offered.
