service call scheduled for today and confirmed. i just received a text that they put the service call on hold. will look for another reliable company.

I give them flexibility due to shortage of workers materials etc. They are excellent service technicians and in the event of an emergency, they will address the issue promptly.

They had to reschedule for me due to a technician issue, but they kept to the rescheduled date.

I'm sure there is a good reason. This company is really good. I was very happy with the service and the reasonable invoice.
