I would've left higher in the beginning of mom's stay, but as things progressed they lost my stars. First they told her my dad could come stay in her room with her so this is why she moved; she didn't need care. Then when she moved in she was told her large payment was a deposit. As time when on she found out that my dad was not going to be able to stay in her room that he would have to stay on the other side of the facility in a more extensive care unit, this was going to be double what they originally told her. She decided to move out since she couldn't see paying for something she didn't need. Now they are telling her that the money she paid up front was a nonrefundable fee and are refusing to give it back to her. This is so wrong because she's on a fixed income and it was their fault she didn't stay, because they lied to her about my dad, they didn't get all the proper information before telling her he could move in with her. I would suggest anyone looking into this as a place to spend you time with your spouse to be very weary and make sure you get all the information yourself and not rely on them. Also don't expect you upfront payment back, kiss that goodbye.

My dad recently moved into Atria Park of Baypoint Village. He has never been happier. He has beautiful accommodations, staff is great, and he is busy all the time. He was self sufficient and still is, however, he was getting lonely as most of his family is up north and a lot of his friends have passed on. Everyone is kind, helpful. Dad is thriving. He’s too busy to talk to me - πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ We couldn’t be happier as a family. It is such a relief knowing dad is in good hands and always has someone looking out for him. We highly recommend this Atria Park community!

My sister has lived at Atria for 6 months now. What a difference we have seen in her. She had been sitting home alone getting sicker and sicker. She was not eating right and had given up on life. Now she has wonderful friends. We could not be happier with all the caring staff. She now feels safe and secure knowing she has staff there 24hours a day. We should have made this move years ago. Thanks to all the staff for their love and support to my dear sister,

WARNING: DO NOT IGNORE THEIR OVERWHELMINGLY LOW REVIEWS!! It’s low for a reason... I am a realtor and recently moved an elderly person to their facility. At the time they gave me a flyer promising me $1000 commission if I brought them the client or any others. They completely ripped me off and jipped me on that. The sad part is that I promised that money to go back to the tenant that I put in their, and while they were playing games, the lady has unfortunately passed away after several months. During this time as I visited their facility, 8 out of 10 times their elevators weren’t working. Something that should NEVER happen with an assisted living facility filled with elderly people. Their food is gross, stale, and bland, and it’s always the same. They charge you extra for ridiculous things, but worse of all is their people service. Wow, I cannot stress enough how horribly rude and entitled the employees there are... this is NOT a place I would ever leave anyone that I had love for unless you wanted to punish them for their final years. Otherwise there are many much better options than this hole.

It varies based on the size of apartment. Starting $2400 - $3400 those are approximate numbers then there are care levels based on the number of hours you may require care. Level one approximately $400 going up to $3000 I really like living here
