Look, I'm leaving this review because I've had many people come and check my AC but none of them has been as good Robert Ryan. He works for Bayonet and he has come twice to my house and both times have gotten my issues resolved, perfect inspections and wonderful bed manners. He takes his time to hear our concerns and give us details of what's happening and he's worked on after is done. If you call Bayonet and are looking for a good technician Robert Ryan is your guy. You will not regret it!

Jeremy was so kind & awesome! When he arrived our AC was 85 degrees, he made sure our AC was working and at a comfortable level before leaving. We had another company come out multiple times and not fix the issue. He was able to diagnose it properly and order the parts we needed. He also said he would come out as needed to add Freon until our parts arrived! Such a great guy & we are thankful for his hard work!

Michael Mahony was our tech during this visit very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to repair all issues we had in in our half bathroom. He cleaned everything up like he was never there. Thank you! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had A/C unit installed today. Ryan and his assistant did an outstanding job. They were punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. Ryan took his time to explain our new thermostat to us. He was very patience. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for the services that they deliver.

Yes, they are a very good company.
I give them flexibility due to shortage of workers materials etc. They are excellent service technicians and in the event of an emergency, they will address the issue promptly.

No Bayonet is The worst Ac Company I have experienced! Customer service sucks and so does some of the Technicians!!!
