Some are yes .... go to Manatee Avenue entrance on Perico Island to start paved. SEE map.

Didn't know about that trail must be since I was there (like within the year i thought). But there is definitely a long paved trail, unless they changed that too. It was shared with bikes and animals. It's free, definitely worth heading there. But be prepared for hot. Bring water, sunscreen, hats etc.

They have a new trail for pedestrians only made out of rubber, really comfortable. The rest are dirt and rock trails. There's a good trail map on their website you can download to your phone.
