We have had very low water pressure in our Bradenton home for years. I finally resolved to correct this. A call to Public Works was returned within a few days. A crew came out the following day and spent a fair amount of time testing and diagnosing our water problem, and carefully explaining how it all worked and where responsibilities lie. A special thanks to Clifford, the team leader and Kenneth, his right-hand man. Their advice is invaluable. Unfortunately, it turns out the problem is on my side of the meter. Clifford went above and beyond making sure that I understood the specific steps to make going forward, and his recommendations. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, kind and professional group of guys. The whole team was great. It's not their fault my pipes were installed in 1974! Thanks. Guys!

Broke our hose when they were working in our yard... TWICE! Destroyed a pipe under the road and we now have no water pressure. They blame us, but we never had a problem until they created this. During this problem they also created a sinkhole in our street. All employees need more training so they don't destroy home owners property.

Don't use the night deposit to pay your bill. Employees don't check it and they turn your water off and fine you for them not doing their job

Every year I get 2 letters with different account numbers saying I have not had my pipes tested when they have been tested You can never call and talk to a person Who can I report this departments repeated errors/neglagence to?? Hello stamps, labor, ink and paper cost money and according to a few testing companies this is a problem with many residents
