Current resident this is by far the Worst Place I’ve ever lived and had to deal with. The program is great for those in need of help but the staff that’s suppose to be there to help you belittles you and treats you with such disrespect it’s not even worth it. The staff there at Bradenton Housing Authority is beyond disgusting. I cannot believe this Great program has nasty people working for it. Such a terrible experience these words do not do any justice. Definitely not renewing my lease for this reason.

I have NOTHING good to say about Bradenton Housing!! The first time they screwed me over was falsely denying me because they claimed “I had no rental history.” Walked away a few months later I find out that a friend of mine same situation as mine got in. So I went back and one of the ladies said yes you shouldn’t have been denied because I didn’t live with family and I paid rent. The second time was just recently. Supposedly saying I had an appointment Tuesday and a letter was sent out. Tell me how am I suppose to know of an appointment when I WAS NEVER MAILED A PAPER reguarding the appointment to begin with!?! Then they tell me because of THEIR mistake that I can appeal it and it’ll be determined if I go back on the waiting list or not!?! I gave them my number and my moms for back up they never called my phone!!! This place is so twisted and screwed me over twice!!! Not gonna let them a third time!!! I wouldn’t even give them one star but had to in order to write a review!! People really needing help don’t even try this place!!!
