We purchased a Koehler Generator from A&E a year ago. I can't find my review so let me repeat what I said a year ago. Everything from the original sale to the install went exactly as promised. The price was fair. The technicians were excellent. The office and scheduling staff were extremely helpful. Joey was a real standout tech. It's been a year and we just completed our first maintenance. They scheduled the service quickly and kept their word once again. Joey came to do the service and once again he was great. "What a guy!
