Yes lots of bike trails. A couple that are shared trails with horses.
Yes bikes can go on trails and even on the roads in the park.
Yes. The trails run for a couple of miles if you stay to the south of the creek. However, if you go over the bridge into the newer area, there endless trails that lead up to myakka state park and route 64. (I've walked that far.) The trails are dirt, so if you have little ones learning, I'd stay away until they gain experience.
