My package is coming from California. It has been moving on a daily basis until it got to Northborough. It has been sitting in your facility since Friday March 23rd. Why? Why is it going to take 2 more days to travel 47 miles?

In last few months any FedEx packadges that go through the ma facility sit there for days making them way past delivery date. They make it fast from all over USA until hit the ma facility then it's like a road block. No scans .no updates and living in VT most my out state FedEx packadges go through this hub before being delivered. What's going on in this one plant?

Wish I knew the answer...does not seem right.

I had a package come from AZ to my house in MA via UPS and USPS in 3 days. Another item I ordered from VA took almost a week to get to MA and it has been sitting in Northborough since October 5th! This is the response I got after I left a bad review on FB and they reached out to me: "I’m sorry, due to the labor shortage, which is hitting multiple US industries, we are experiencing significant delays in our network. I certainly understand your frustrations with these delays and we are doing everything we can to move the volume. I apologize, at this time we don’t have an estimated time of delivery. Please continue to check FedEx.com for the latest status of your shipment." What a joke! I know there's issues everywhere, but everyone else seems to get their deliveries made in a reasonable time frame. I keep checking the website and it says "delivery pending." This is after it had said it was scheduled for delivery on Tues 10/5, then Wed 10/6.
