I just attended Monique’s first 100 hour fundamentals course & I would have thought she trained that course 100 times! Her knowledge of the industry & her communication skills are outstanding. The 5 days is jammed pack with the most useful tips to begin in the industry, but she makes it digestible & not overwhelming. One of my favorite parts was how thorough she was on infection control because that’s super important to me. I also love to enhance natural beauty in the softest way possible which we were on the same page about so I adore that about Monique- it’s very inspiring! I can’t wait to take more of her courses in the future!

Meghan was a delight! She was kind, thoughtful, paid attention to detail and most of all cared to check in about my thoughts, desires, needs, and we’ll bring through the process. She explained things well so I knew what to expect. And I love my brows! They are in process of healing and I’m watching the beauty of her handy work come alive! I would highly recommend Meghan and Monique who offered perspective and recommendations if needed. Love them! Thank you, friends!

Monique is genuinely the best teacher I could ask for. She has been helpful with every aspect since day one and answered any questions I had. She went through every little detail of information I would need to start my own career in cosmetic tattooing and has been an absolute sweetheart the entire time. I would recommend her as a teacher to absolutely everyone looking to get into this field because you will leave feeling knowledgeable, prepared, and like you are in good hands!

Monique is amazing!!! As excited as I was to get my eyebrows done for the first time, I was also a little nervous. Monique was so kind and incredibly professional. She answered all my questions I had and talked to me through out the process letting me know what she was doing. My eyebrows came out beautiful!! I couldn’t be happier. Monique is amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her. 😊😊

We take correction work on a very limited basis and require that anyone who has had their brows tattooed previously by another artist contact us via email before booking an appointment. If you book an appointment without disclosing previous cosmetic tattoo work your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment cancelled.
A custom color will be mixed to match your brow hairs. We always go for the most natural look possible. The pigments are very high quality, vegan, cruelty free, and made in the USA. The client and artist select the color together.
Microblading is safe as long as you select a highly trained professional. The strictest sanitation and safety standards are followed by using only single-use needles and tools. Your artist has been formally trained on how to keep you safe. The pigments are very high quality, vegan, cruelty free, and made in the USA.
The first touch up which happens 5- 10 weeks after your initial appointment is $150. After that color boosts that occur 6 month – 2 years after are $175.
There is no down time with microblading. The brows heal in about one week. Browstetics provides you with after care instructions for an in-depth understanding of the healing process.
A microblading session consists of a consultation on the day of, where we review your lifestyle, brow maintenance, and your desired look. We then map the brows according to your facial structure with the golden ratio of balanced proportion. Once you approve the brow shape, the procedure takes about an hour and a half. This entire session takes a total of 2.5-3 hours.
Most clients report little to no pain, and would compare it to a tweezing or threading session. Many clients even fall asleep! Topical anesthetic is applied prior and during the procedure so the client can feel at ease while receiving the treatment.
Microbladed eyebrows last 1 to 2 years for most people, before it usually needs a touch up. Powder brows can last 2-3 years before a touch up is needed. This can vary depending on the skin type and how you take care of the treated area.
No, an in person consultation is not necessary, but it is available. If you have additional questions I’m more than happy to answer them over e-mail or phone. If you have an existing tattoo please email clear closeup pictures. If you still wish to come in for consultation you can schedule it on our website and I’ll be happy to meet with you in person.
Powder or Ombre brows also known as shading is becoming very popular, as it resembles more of the look of a soft eyebrow makeup. It can be created to look very natural. Powder technique is very gentle on the skin and therefore suitable for any skin type and age. This technique uses pixelation (little dots) to create soft edges around the brows verses solid block brows. The brows will heal soft and powdery, unlike traditional cosmetic pencils. Once healed, your brows will look like they have been perfectly applied. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This method is great for those with oily skin and really delivers even coverage and ages beautifully.
Microblading, also known as eyebrow embroidery or 3D brows, is a manual method for enhancing eyebrows. It is considered to be permanent makeup, and it is done by using a hand tool (not a machine) to deposit pigment into the epidermis. It should be performed by a professionally trained and experienced technician only. Because the color is closer to the surface, the strokes appear crisp and very fine. The pigment is manually placed into the skin. The sterilized microblading tool is one time use and disposable. The blade glides with gentle pressure over the skin and causes fine cuts, as fine as a paper cut, leaving a trace that can hardly be distinguished from real hair. Depending on the drawing technique – of which we are experts – it creates an individual look perfect for your face and the style you are trying to achieve. The results? Perfectly natural – looking, thick, full brows. Microblading takes two appointments to complete.
