Once my package reached this facility it stayed there for 6 days past my expected delivery date. It still hasn't moved 6 days later and there still isn't any update on when I am suppose to receive my package. I see there is more than 1 review complaining about the same thing ....how is this location still open with such horrible service . My son really wanted those items for his birthday and now I have to replace it with a last minute gift

My package has been sitting at this location for over 3 days. No movement, no tracking update, Just sitting. This is a package I should have already had 5 days ago. This is so unacceptable! Get it together FedEx, you used to be better than UPS and now I'm wishing my supplier would change back to UPS!

Package arrived at facility on a Tuesday afternoon. Didn’t go out for delivery on Wednesday. I called them and inquired if I could go pick it up. I was told the package has to sit in the facility for 2-3 days before it can be delivered or picked up due to the type of shipping it has. Also the package was to be delivered in 2-7 business days, I called on the 8th business day, so by fedex calculations it should take 9-12 business days. Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more for UPS.

Completely ridiculous. This is day 3 of waiting for a package from this place that is 4 MILES AWAY (10 MINUTE DRIVE) from my location. I got a package from a other FedEx location in Boylston with no issues (which is farther away from my location). But for some reason, this place has an issue delivering this package. (These two packages came from the same store by the way). At this point, I'm about to go there and grab the package myself since they have such an issue driving 10 minutes to deliver it. Unbelievable. I hope I never get a package from here again!

Mine has been sitting here for a week!
Every package that goes through the FedEx Smartpost gets delivered by the USPS/The Post Office/mail carriers. So if it didn't get delivered, call the Post Office. The FedEx facility most likely doesn't have it, if it was supposed to be delivered.
In last few months any FedEx packadges that go through the ma facility sit there for days making them way past delivery date. They make it fast from all over USA until hit the ma facility then it's like a road block. No scans .no updates and living in VT most my out state FedEx packadges go through this hub before being delivered. What's going on in this one plant?
Because this location doesn't have customer pickup.
Yes, they do run Monday to Friday and I believe from 7 Am to midnight.
I work at FedEx Ground and there could be a very simple explanation for that. At this point of the year, as people start ordering more packages, the system gets a bit confused. We have to load all the packages manually so at times, our chutes get backed up. When that happens, the sorter missorts the packages and some of them get either sent to the wrong chute or must be sorted manually. This takes a while because of how short staffed we can get at this time of year. Many other places are so understaffed that we need to send our employees there to help, but in turn we also end up understaffed. Your package might just not have been sorted yet or missorted and were still trying to get it to its proper destination
Yes it is and they will always give you some none sense excuses just to convince you.
I’m sorry but I have no idea. I haul trailers full of packages from one FedEx to another. I wish I could be of some help.
