The card that was charge was not mine in I didn’t give anyone permission to charge this card 202 now they want answer the phone and I was not set up on auto pay

They have been closed for the holidays. Try on Monday after 9:00 AM to resolve the issue. It may be a matter of updating your account information, reversing the charges, and them walking you through how to cancel the auto pay. Hope this helps.
