Are you open for the pubic to shop? I am making fabric masks and require thin elastic in both black & white. If not do I order for a curb side pick up? What are your suggestions?

No they arent't open to shop but you can order online for curbside pickup.

Curbside. They are not open to the public for inside shopping.
