Excellent service and incredible attention to detail. Peter and the sales/service staff took great care of me and helped me get into my first boat. The team spent added time getting the trailer just right and carefully going over the boat to ensure everything was PERFECT! If you are looking for amazing service and a team that will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied I wouldn't look further than Hyannis Marina

Beautiful landscape and wonderful sites to see at Hyannis Marina. The atmosphere for customers is a wonderful thing. The problem I had with this corporation was the way employees were treated. I witnessed it firsthand and believe that there is much room for improvement in that department. I hope that has taken place for the sake of people's happiness. Employees shouldn't be made to feel that they are expendable from day one. Work culture is equivalent to the morality of the worker and over time repetitive negativity and lack of communication can do a number on a man/womans psyche. I recommend to perspective employees who are willing to give their all to a company to take this into account. A business should support their employees anyway possible rather than trying to make their lives harder.

Very nice spot, well run and secure. We had engine work done. Our Tech was smart, knowledgeable thorough and kind. Management was curt but fair and up front. We highly recommend Hyannis Marina.

I've kept my boat at this Marina for the past 5 seasons and I have very mixed feelings. I really like the dock staff and dock master. they are all very friendly but don't get in your business which is nice. The marina is very clean and the large store onsite is super helpful. The reason I can not give Hyannis Marina 5 stars is due to the terrible customer experience from the service department. I feel bad saying it because I genuinely think the service staff are nice people, but the experience as a customer is the worst I've seen from a marina. There is systemic disorganization, lack of follow up and follow through without having to push a lot. Speaking frankly, they make it really hard to give them money which seems like a lousy business approach.

Best bet is to call the marina. They are pretty full most of the time too.
