Thank you ….. so very very much you all really made my day…. Can’t wait to tell my husband how wonderful my day was and anticipating a good nights sleep 🛌 Wow!!!!!!

We're returning customers to Bernie and Phil's, having acquired furniture from them over the past few years. We are looking for a power recliner to help me enjoy my retirement. We went in to see what was available having researched on the web and talk to Derek. Derek was an extremely helpful salesperson who helped get us additional details about models and delivery processes. We ended up purchasing and feel we've made a great choice. We'll be considering Bernie and Phil's should we have more furniture needs.

Received damaged furniture and they promised to replace the furniture. I was told the company would contact me to replace the damaged item. They never did. I had to call them and they said they don’t have any idea when the damaged furniture would be replaced. This shows poor customer service. I will update if they replace. I recommend you do not sign for the furniture if it is damaged. Just refuse the delivery. I will contact the credit card company to contest the charge if they don’t replace soon. The good thing is that the whole delivery process and damage is on video as the area it was delivered to has a security camera.

Another great experience shopping for living room furniture at Bernie & Phyl's in Hyannis! We were given plenty of time to browse before we were approached by Jen. Her timing was perfect! She answered our questions and helped us through the final selection process. Can't wait for everything to arrive!
