They don’t pick up the phone every time. If you’re patient enough, you can listen to their phone music for 30 min til someone finally picks up. Then you’ll have to wait another 30-40 min to get transferred to another department. They never call you back as they said so. This place must be at its full capacity 24/7 cause every time they schedule your appointment 2 months later.

If you can find a nother location for your new born infant to go please do so. This place is a joke. They do not respect your time at all. We arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment and still waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled time. They always have excuses. Like I said. Find another location if you could.

Wonderful caring people work there. Awesome friendly and very, helpful staff, from nurse Deborah (a blessing and caring person )and front desk personnel was friendly and got us in fast . Deborah was very friendly, caring and got my daughter in quick .. very caring . It was almost closing time and they were nice and took time with my daughter… not like other places that are rude because you get there close to closing. Dr.A is very caring and listen and took his time explaining everything to my daughter.. thank you all for your help tonight

They are friendly indeed but stay on top of them. They scheduled my first covid test too early for my surgery so it wasn't accepted and then failed to get the follow up test to the surgery center in time for my surgery. Again nice staff but I'm back at day 1 after waiting 78 days for my surgery, you will need to stay on top to make sure what you need gets done. Edit down to one star cause they told me to schedule with Donna in scheduling. Turns out she's not in the office for another week. Lack of internal communication
