On our last night of a family vacation our vehicle failed to start. My wife googled Ford dealership and fortunately Balise Ford was only 3mi from where we were staying. The car started the next morning and I drove it to Balise. I told Mike in service our situation and although being booked out for a month he said they would try to fit it in to help us out. Not only did they fix our vehicle by 430pm they really put us at ease on our last day of vacation, and saved us hundreds of $$. Mike and the team at balise were extremely perfessional, understanding, knowledgeable, and kept us in the loop the whole time We really can't thank them enough.
