The clerk working there under the name of George was the rudest person I have dealt with. He also lied and charged me for insurance after I specifically told him I didn’t want it and charged me an extra day even though I returned the trailer the Day before. When we tried calling the store he flat out denied everything and was extremely rude. This charge will be disputed on my credit card and ask the leadership of this store to reevaluate this person as I feel he is not fit to be dealing with customers

Showed up 4:25pm and manager had already closed the propane tank refill 1/2 hour early. Why?? 3 people pulled in after me and got to the same story.

Incredible location, and this is after trying to deal with multiple locations of Uhaul with bad results. George and his team solved all of my issues in one swoop. Trailer hitch installation check! Trailer they didn’t have when I arrived, check! Saved me 2 1/2 hours of driving and just great to deal with. Friendly and accommodating. All these negative reviews are rather shocking to me because they aren’t close to the experience I had.

Although the location was big and had everything needed to move the employees were terrible! 2 different people were extremely rude as if I was inconveniencing them after they called me 3 times in 20 minutes because they had booked the truck I had to someone else before my reservation was even completed. Very disappointed they really need to find better employees that don’t make people feel terrible when they didn’t even do anything wrong to begin with!
