I have come into possession of a newspaper article in "The Sun", that is about "Luna", the albino screech owl. The paper is from July 14, 2014, and I'm wondering if he is still a resident
there.

Yes! I had the pleasure of a tour there 2 weeks ago! Sooo glad I did! There is also a great wooden path to the creek across the road! The crabs in the trees are awesome!
