Side note: it's the first place I stop when doing a major grocery run. I've found some awesome bargains, but you can't do all your shopping there. Personally, I leave there and head over to Freshfield Farms and Walmart, which are close by, to fill in the rest.
Stop at the front desk and sign up they give you a membership card and then go shopping and just show your card at the cashier when you're leaving
You can get food at the front office for free or if you want to shop you can get some pretty good Bargains there including food and toiletry items and health and beauty items. Also there is a thrift shop next door as well. And watch out for special events they have from time to time.
You can arrive and get a membership instantly and buy,food that,day. If you need,emergency food you,can,ask in the front office. If you want to get a membership,you,need to prove income or benefits.
