We HIGHLY recommend Marion Clark, REMAX, St Petersburg, as an incredibly hard working, professional, informed and very positive Realtor. We will definitely use her again when we buy or sell in the Tampa/St Pete area. We looked during two week-ends in St Pete, Florida (with several weeks away in between). Hi +Kohath, does payments are handled by a local association of REALTORS. It would probably be best to contact the association you will be joining in order to determine what the cost would be for you. There are application fees, etc. that will need to be accounted for. Best wishes for a successful career in real estate!
Not all management companies are part of the the National Association of Realtors and their State & Local Associations of Realtors.
You must be an active real estate licensee, associated with a broker who is a member of a local association of Realtors. Direct membership is available if you are in an area with no local board/association
Depends on the realtor that you talk to. But this office in particular is just for the Florida Association of Realtors.

Adrienne, you would be much better off purchasing a new book. While the old books may be useful to experienced REALTORs, laws and rules change all the time. You want to learn the most recent information.
