We purchased our home here in 2019 and the HOA cost gone up twice now we are paying close to $375.00. Most likely will continue to raise pass the $400.00 which is totally unacceptable. Roads need repair the exit gate at south side always broken. We have people wondering around. It’s unsafe to live here when there is no security during the day now. Our backyard is full of weeds people smoking inside their units and feel the smell on yours. We plan to find a better and safe place for us as this complex has gone thru several managers and it’s getting worst day by day.

They are proposing HOA monthly fees to go up from $281.50 to $365!!!!

Unit owner for over two and a half years. The HOA prices are absurd and keep going up. The people are friendly. The pool is nice. The fitness area is mediocre. This neighborhood has trouble holding on to managers it seems like. We got an email about a new manager recently and my wife and I went to go meet her. We expressed this concern about longevity with managers and seeing projects through until the end. The next day, we got an email introducing another manager! She lasted maybe one or two weeks? It's a nice place to live; not perfect, but I suspect every place has their flaws.

My brother just move in here. Great place to leave. Gated Community. Very clean around and condos. Very nice neighborhood.
