Only reason this "Association" exists is because they are the only Local Realtor Organization in the Area. If you survey half of the Realtors; they will tell you; they are un-organized, and in my opinion biased and subjective in all of their decisions. In-other-words; try getting a Realtor held responsible for their Bad behavior will be like trying to snow-ski in the Bahamas; never happen????

Realtor boards have their purpose but at the end of the day, they are corporate for profit monopolies. ORRA is the same. There are some good people who work at ORRA but sometimes try calling for help, long hold times, no callbacks from messages left. Oh and be careful when you sign up online to pay your dues, they add some political contributions onto your invoice which have to be unchecked. If you don't, your money is off to the criminals, I mean lobbyists in Washington DC.
