Who can I contact about having an American Sign Language Interpreter at your location to ask about programs available please? I don't want to show up unannounced because offices usually don't have an interpreter for the Deaf on hand. Thank you.

I go here for discount groceries for low income people and senior citizens. Show proof of your low income and get a card to shop. This is not an office to my knowledge. It is a grocery store. Why don't you bring an interpreter the first time you go there?
