This is more of a corporate issue. The management is poor, which in turn makes for a poor staff but management is hired by corporate. This isn't a franchise. The quality of service has diminished over the past few years. It seems they no longer care about the the consumer

As you know this is a busy store. However, don't count them out based on this. Call again, it simply might have been a longer line than expected. Hopefully, you will be able to talk with the Staff. Good luck!!!

Busy at times
$64,000 question 🤔 they've changed that's for sure. But what's up with the ALL self checkout/bagging, so inpersonal to say the least 🙄

Because most Walmart's will connect you to fitting room first, then you state what department you want. From there they will transfer you over to that dept. Customer Service generally is very busy with Returns and generally have just enough staff if even that to help them. So for them to take calls, you may get an answer and a 1 time transfer to a dept. Again Fitting Room gets you to All Depts. Hope that was helpful!

What reason would you have for calling a McDonald's I don't believe they accept phone orders for food. I would applaud them for not answering the phone and taking care of the customers that are in their store and orders that are put in on the mobile app.
What Walmart does answer the phone anymore

This store from experience is very busy so I would say that they probably had a lot of customers.
You have to call several times and hope someone picks up.

This store has a high volume of phone calls especially during peak times. The amount of phone calls could be drastically reduced since most questions can be answered on the free Walmart app located for download at the play store. I suggest downloading the app. If your question isn't answered there by looking for yourself, them call the stores and try calling before 2:00pm.
